  When you look at the "about" section of the Pet Shop Direct website it states the company wants to provide great communication, speedy service and great prices. All things you would expect to read from a company trying to promote themselves and to take some of your hard earned from you. I have been looking and comparing for a few weeks, I have rung their store twice and then finally ordered some of their products. Are they achieving what they set out to in their company profile, HELL YES!!!! Very professional but personable on the phone answering all questions without any push to buy, great selection of quality items so your pet is safe and will experience exactly what the product is described to do and speed of delivery, my delivery was delivered to my door in UNDER 24 hours from when I had paid for it, no I don't live next door I am in another state!! Of course money is tight for all of us these days, but if you want old fashioned service, great products and super slick delivery then you will not beat Pet Shop Direct. I won't be wasting my time looking around anymore, it is saved in my favourites and on my phone, do the same, you can't go wrong.
